Your order counts as an offer to purchase goods from us..
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery), and an order number. It also includes the VAT receipt for your product(s).
Acknowledgment of your order will happen when we dispatch the product(s) to you. Until we despatch the product(s), no agreement will have been formed between us.
Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and withoutreasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order, we will let you know as soon as sensibly possible.
You can pay with the credit and debit cards of all major banks and RENOME Vouchers. We also accept Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, SimSim, and Other Online Payment Solutions for orders made online for delivery.
If for any reason we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 15days.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown at RENOME Shop Online are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price.(Free Delivery in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for order amount greater than PKR.10,000/-).

For deliveries, you will automatically be allocated the earliest delivery date possible when placing your order..
We aim to deliver your order within 14 days of purchase, depending on stock availability and the delivery address. We will deliver your order within 20 days of the order date unless otherwise agreed between us.
We will try our best to meet the delivery date. However, there may be times where we are unable to do this, and your confirmed delivery date may be delayed. We would advise you not to make any plans to accept your delivery, for example booking time off from work, until we have confirmed the date with you. If you will not be available, please request a different delivery date as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery date by speaking to the RENOME Customer Support Centre: [email protected]

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays, or severe weather), we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery times lot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation) incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Before the delivery, please ensure that there is sufficient access and space and that any staircases and lifts providing access are suitable for the delivery. Please move fragile objects which could be damaged during the delivery, such as lights, vases, and pictures.
Every effort will be made to deliver the products to your room of choice, provided it is safe and practical to do so. However, if our delivery staff believe it is unsafe to deliver the products to this room, then an alternative room will be agreed with you. If our delivery staff consider that delivery to the room of your choice is likely to cause damage to the products or the property, they will let you know and record the concern on a delivery document. You can still accept the delivery, but we will not be responsible for any damage caused to the products or the property. However, our delivery staff will take reasonable care when delivering the products.
Our delivery staff are not permitted to and will not: remove doors, windows, door frames, etc. to complete the delivery. You must arrange this before the delivery takes place. Our delivery staff do not carry any specialized lifting equipment and will not unpack or assemble delivered products or remove any packaging. Our delivery staff will not remove their footwear while making deliveries. If you are concerned about possible damage to flooring, please make sure you cover the flooring with protective sheets.
After arranging your delivery, we will inquire you for certain information. All this information will be recorded on the delivery document and the delivery will take place at the delivery address you specify. In the event that you mention incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate instructions or information, we may cancel the delivery after providing you written notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to accept delivery. If you are not, there must be an adult available who is capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that we can rely on their instructions as if they were your own. Our delivery staff is not permitted to leave any products that have not been signed for.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to examine the products, check the condition of the packaging and whether the correct number of packages have been delivered thoroughly. You will then be asked to sign the delivery document confirming this. If there are any issues, you should record this on the delivery document. Missing products will be re-ordered and damaged/incorrect products will be returned and replaced and delivered free of cost. This will not affect your legal right to notify us within a reasonable time at a later date if you find a defect in your products. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept delivery.
On the off chance that things inside bundling are defective or harmed please notify the delivery driver who will look to resolve this. In the event that you notice any harm to things following delivery, inform RENOME Customer Service Contact Center at the earliest opportunity after the delivery. Please keep any harmed item so that we can investigate it as early as possible. If you discard any harmed item before we have had the chance to review it, at that point this will affect your claim. We will always attempt to replace any damaged product. However, if we are unable to do so we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the product(s) together with any relevant delivery charges. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
You are entitled to return new and unused product(s) within 3-5 days of completing your purchase with the condition that the product is faulty or not as agreed upon and subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions. RENOME will provide a refund for product(s) returned with the original proof of purchase, in new and unused condition and with the original packaging. You are liable for any costs incurred in the returning of the product(s) unless the product is faulty or not as described. RENOME will refund the price paid for the goods via the method used to originally make the payment.
We may refuse a refund. We may also reduce the amount paid back if the product(s) are not able to be sold at full retail value as a result of your handling of the product(s). At its discretion, RENOME may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect ant reduction in the retail value of the product(s). Any refund and reduction will be proportionate to the retail value of the product(s) in the condition returned.
